Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our company has implemented some policy changes to protect you and our staff.

  1. Our technicians will continue to work their regular schedules in order to expedite your vehicle repairs, however their time is limited with rigorous cleaning procedures in-place; please use the after-hours drop slot when we are unavailable.

  2. We are open for walk-in customers but recommend that you make an appointment, if possible, and have no more than two people at a time in our waiting area.

  3. Redmark is following all proper procedures, such as: always wearing disposable gloves, monitoring employee health, routine and proper hand washing, employees interacting directly with you will be wearing a mask.

  4. We are using an approved sanitizer for touch points on vehicles before and after we service them; look for the red tag on the vehicle steering wheel to know it has been properly sterilized and is ready for pick-up.

Vehicles

We install gaseous fuel systems (renewable and traditional natural gas and propane) and electric hybrid systems. Redmark is a national OEM vehicle drop-ship, we receive new vehicles directly from the factory. Once each vehicle is upfit, we deliver it to OEM dealerships anywhere in the U.S. Our installations cover most light-duty and medium-duty fleet truck, van, and bus platforms. In addition, we support vehicle repair and maintenance and CSA tank inspections for all vehicle sizes. We hold Ford QVM and eQVM authorized installer certificates and have relationships with other OEMs. Installations include systems from Altech-Eco, Landi Renzo, XL Fleet, and other partners.

Fuel

Our fueling and charging station services include repair & maintenance contracts, remote monitoring, 24/7 support, equipment selection, site design, and facility upgrades. The Redmark Fuel for Work Partnership brokers supply of renewable natural gas (RNG) for fleets/station operators and coordinates volume purchase agreements between fleet customers and fuel providers. Redmark's many supplier relationships are key to its support of customer fueling needs, and we recently have announced partnerships with Onboard Dynamics for mobile/modular CNG fueling and ChargePoint for fleet EV charging solutions.

Support

Our national parts supply program is well known for having those hard-to-find specialty parts for vehicles and stations - coupled with expert advice for installation and use. Redmark is also respected for a host of roadside and back-up vehicle and fueling station services. Our specialty services include vehicle accessory upfits, CNG trailer rebuilds, and natural gas utility pipeline and meter maintenance support systems.
