Parts Manager
Overview:
Redmark is a full-service installation and repair shop located in Commerce City, Colorado. We are seeking a parts manager to supervise our parts department, including inventory, records, ordering, invoicing, delivery, and customer relationships. The parts manager role will handle a variety of unique and legacy parts for CNG, LPG, and electric hybrid vehicles and fueling/charging stations.
Responsibilities:
Maintain an accurate parts inventory system that includes periodic inventories and tracking expenses. Guarantee all parts are properly tagged.
Keep orderly records of all part orders, invoices, and special order parts.
Work closely with management to coordinate projects for customers and ensure required parts are available for upfits and repairs in the shop.
Source parts for CNG, LPG, and electric hybrid vehicles and fueling/charging stations.
Oversee the parts sales process from customer inquiry to finding the part, to invoicing the customer.
Complete special order parts requests for unique fittings and components and legacy parts.
Manage part returns and obsolete parts.
Promptly deliver parts to customers in the Colorado Front Range Area (some travel required).
Coordinate shipping and delivery for out-of-state orders, and solve shipping issues, supply issues, and other delays as needed.
Diagnose automotive/fueling station issues and recommend appropriate parts.
Ensure selection of quality parts.
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, develop and maintain client relationships, and respond to requests in a timely and helpful manner.
Provide customers with clear, accurate guidance on installing and using the parts they order.
Translate highly technical information for customers in easily understandable terms.
Keep current on new products and product updates.
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 40-hour workweek, with overtime as required.
Job requirements:
A high school diploma or GED equivalent
3+ years of related experience
A clean DMV record with no moving violations
A commitment to working safely with high-pressure gases and electrical components
Electrical and mechanical abilities and a strong understanding of how things work together
Skilled at diagnosing and repairing all types of automotive problems.
Ability to diagnose and repair electrical problems
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
The ability to be on call 24/7 with a 2 hour maximum response time on a rotating basis
Overtime as required on an emergency basis
A.S.E. Automotive experience is most desirable
Ford and GM experience is a plus
CNG and/or propane experience is most desirable

Service Technician
Overview:
Redmark is a full-service installation and repair shop located in Commerce City, Colorado. We are seeking technicians to install and repair advanced fuel vehicle systems (including compressed natural gas, propane, and electric hybrid drive systems) and maintain fueling stations.
Responsibilities:
Inspect, maintain and repair the fueling equipment and perform upkeep of site infrastructure, equipment, and landscaping to present a clean, customer-friendly appearance for all stations.
On-call duties such as covering for other technicians on vacation, training new technicians, or traveling to a site to perform or assist with emergency repairs.
Check and record operational data such as fluid levels, temperatures, and pressures. Compare to trends and have the ability to make corrections as needed.
Install, remove, and modify fueling locations and equipment.
Maintain all fueling related equipment and structures in accordance with manufacturer and Company guidelines.
Repair, replace, and adjust malfunctioning equipment to restore proper operating conditions specified in regulations and repair manuals.
Inspect, maintain, adjust, repair, or replace electrical equipment including electrical wiring, conduit, panels, switchgear, switches, gauges, transducers, solenoids, gas dryers, actuators, motors, meters, and controls for safe and proper operating conditions.
Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment such as compressors pumps, engines, intercoolers, aftercoolers, heat exchangers, piping, tubing, fittings, filters, traps, gas dryers, fasteners, valves, and actuators for safe and proper operating conditions.
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, develop and maintain client relationships, and respond to requests in a timely and helpful manner.
Translate highly technical information for customers in easily understandable terms.
Responsibilities are approximately 70% mechanical and 30% electrical at each site.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40-hour workweek, with overtime as required.

A personal set of tools along with a well-developed professional style set 1 ½" and less wrenches/sockets/Allen wrenches/pliers/pipe wrench/large adjustable wrench, etc.
